Do you want to see how this 6 feet Tug boat is capable to pull a pneumatic boat with the "100 kg - captain" in and some others boats ... on river currents...??? BUILDING DETAILS :
Here you can see the sanded body and the cabin. I build the propeller and all components of the transmission mechanism before body covering.
Preparing for next operation : plastic body covering - THERMOFORMING.
Here you can see how many functional pieces a Tug boat model can have... and they are not all of them...
The hublow prototype is made out of three metals and is coulee after in real brass. The wells were designed in aluminum and molded to multiple copy's in real rubber.
The wells master press at 3 tones, 450 Fahrenheit.
The trumpet and a lot more details were done directly on the tour.
Torch soldering technique directly on support. Thermoformed secure boats. CNC used for piston - functionality.
A lot of parts are done in metal or plastic and copied with silicone.
From the thermoformed plastic body to the finished one...
Approximate 60 days of intense work to build this 6 feet Tug boat model.
